Jr. Website Designers (2 Posts)

• Minimum 1 years designing experience
• Ability to develop web layouts as per client requirements.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, CorelDraw, Illustrator. Flash action scripting will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team is a must.

Sr. Website Designer

If you are a designer who makes every pixel count, you’re in luck! As an integral team member, you will be responsible for visualizing, concepting, and executing Skynet Technologies’s designs. You will be responsible for all of Skynet Technologies’s visual aesthetics including web page designing, and presentations. We are seeking talented, creative, generalists who have had previous experience designing web and software interfaces for consumer products with very good understanding of XHTML and CSS and creating a site maintaining W3C Standards. Creative design is a must! Most importantly, we seek an energetic and passionate designer who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Web Developer

We are looking for intelligent, motivated Web Design and Development professionals for full-time opportunities to assist our customer’s in meeting their Web presence objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in Web Development, strong knowledge of HTML, xHTML, CSS, PHP, mySQL, Adobe Photoshop.  Knowledge of AJAX, ASP.NET, and Macromedia Flash are a plus. The candidate should also be result driven, ambitious, organized and articulate. The Web Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing and coding websites for various clients in an array of industries. The candidate should have an understanding of the effect his/her design has on search optimization.

Web Developer Duties

• Take design comps and cut them into W3C compliant HTML
• Assist with the updates/improvements & creation of websites for company and clients
• Assist in the production of new graphics required for company and client websites.
• Keep current of design techniques, methodology, computer skills and industry related developments.
• Be involved in the selection of tools, techniques, and media best suited to produce, in a high quality, cost effective manner, the desired visual effects in conformance with internally defined requirements and client expectations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in search engine optimization (SEO), strong knowledge of HTML, and familiarity with various optimization, and keyword research tools and techniques. The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing websites for various clients in an array of industries. The candidate must have a strong understanding of search optimization in Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and more. Experience in website development is a plus.

Search Engine Optimization Specialist Duties

• Create search engine optimization strategy for websites
• Implement SEO strategies for customer websites
• Perform detailed site analysis and document tactics to be implemented in order for our customer’s website to be likely to be found in natural search results
• Optimize the various site components including copy, page title/descriptions, site architecture, filenames, etc.
• Ensure that new site pages follow proper SEO guidelines with respect to coding and adherence to established copy/keyword best practices
• Assist in reviewing Search Engine Ranking Reports and optimizing under-performing listings
• Analyze latest algorithm changes and modify content, links etc accordingly
• Conduct keyword analysis/research and develop quality keyword portfolio
• Develop new content for website, as needed

Microsoft Sharepoint Developer

Job Description:

Candidate will be responsible for working as a Microsoft SharePoint developer on projects.

• The candidate should have extensive experience with technology design, including architecture, use case, technical design specifications, etc.
• Candidate should have a broad background in "Enterprise Level" development related projects and should have experience in deployment as well as enhancement and support projects.
• Work on a team that is responsible for building enterprise solutions based on .Net and SharePoint technologies.
• Work with the technical leads, business analysts, and project managers to translate design into product, including programming, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Prepare and maintain related technical documentation.
